Spring Break Fun...

Well Spring Break came and was gone all too fast. My mom and nephew Chanse were visiting to hear me sing in the Cantata, we went on a super hike/picnic, took the kids on a nature treasure hunt and had a day at the Madsen Hotel. Ok, so my cute husband was the creative one this time. We made our house into a hotel and gave each of the kids a cordless phone so they could order room service. We gave them monopoly money according to their grades, planned tours (swimming, movies, fun centers, etc.) We had the option of them buying a massage and even had housekeeping. And yes, Jason and I were the only ones on staff. So my kids within the first five minutes, were ordering away and the ordering didn't stop until we closed the doors of the Madsen Hotel. They had so much fun, learned about budgeting and completely wore their parents out. What a fun memory!
