McKay had to put together a family project for one of his Boy Scout Merit badges so he decided to have us put together a time capsule that we don't open for 5 years. It was fun!
We filled out papers about us, traced hands and feet, stated where we hoped to be or what we want to accomplish in 5 years, took pictures with some of our treasures, included magazines and receipts, then sealed it up!
It was cute to see what everyone picked as their favorite treasure.
McKay chose his phone and Ipod, Carson his blanket that G'ma Madsen made him and Logan chose his bag of money...

That is a great family activity! It never would've occured to me to trace hands and feet!
What a great activity. I love that Logan chose his bag of money. lol!
What a fun time capsule!!! I loved seeing what each of your kids chose as their favorites. I'm surprised Carson didn't have any legos for his!!!
