365 days ago today our little Hailey was born 2 months premature via an emergency c-section. I spent 2 weeks in the hospital beforehand when my water broke at 30 weeks. She weighed in at 4 lbs, 3 oz. She was a fighter!
She had to have oxygen for 2 months but is now in the 50th percentile, only weighs 8 pounds less than her 3 year old sister, is walking, waving, talking and just the cutest thing you have ever seen.
And as we always say, "who you callin' preemie?"

We will be celebrating her birthday this weekend when Jason returns from school,

Happy Birthday Little Miss Hailey! I love her boots!!! Doug & I are always talking about how much we miss her! She is such a sweet girl & we love her dearly! We're sure glad she was a fighter to be in our family! :)

My heart swells with gratitude that sweet little Hailey came to bless our lives a year ago. I was so concerned for her being a preemie and all and so glad that God has blessed her with health beyond measure. I know that her health and wellbeing has been because she has been so loved by her mommy, daddy and siblings!
Isn't she the cutest little thing? I love the boots - I know Grandpa Jim will too. She's showing her roots - grandmother and great grandfather coming from Wyoming and all!
She is a cutie! I am amazed at how early she really was! I'm also amazed at how fast time flies, that seems like just yesterday that you were in the hospital!
