Every St. Patty's Day we get the kids their own box of Lucky Charms. The boxes have never lasted more than two days!
Little Savvy had her first dentist appointment. We had been talking about the dentist for a couple of weeks to prepare her for it. She walked into the office and said, "I am ready to have fun here!" The dentist hated to spoil her enthusiasm with x-rays and cleaning and she was not happy when we left. She said, "I never want to come back here again-it was not fun mom!" Needless to say, I got mom points taken away!
I had to start decorating for Easter since it is around the corner! The trick will be to see if the candy can stay in the containers until Easter!
This past weekend we upgraded our kitchen countertops to ready our house for selling sometime this year. I always wonder why we don't do it right when we move in so we can enjoy it for a while! I will be enjoying them for the time being as it takes a long time to ready your house to sell especially with 6 kids and how hard they are on things!
BEFORE:
AFTER: We were without a kitchen for a day while the counter tops were being installed and I never realized that I spend most of my time in the kitchen! With a family of 8 we definitely need a bigger kitchen!
I love family, pictures and walls... When I put these three together, this is what transpired: A family history wall! Complete with ancestors, siblings, parents, kids, spouses, you name it. Now the secret is to keep them all straight!

Super cute craft Emily had in her house. She said you take frames and glue the glass on, paint them black, apply the stick on letters and hang them with ribbon. Super cute.
I love the beautiful chaos of raising six kids, I am my husbands girlfriend, a wanna-be photographer, a running/yoga junkie and a college student. Life is busy but perfect. Here is our story....
