Thanksgiving school celebrations...

The week before Thanksgiving was so busy with perfomances, parties and Thanksgiving luncheons...as busy as it was, I am so glad I could attend all of my kids celebrations! I love the look on kids faces when they see their parents arrive at school, they get so excited!

One last Christmas Photo...

Can you say
ADORABLE???

Christmas!

For Christmas Eve we stayed at the Madsens home.
It was great fun to have cousins there, hang stockings and prepare for Santa's arrival!

Jason was wrestled by the little girls...

Cookies left for Santa with cute notes from Savvy and Hailey-

Of course, Christmas morning way too early!

Jason was pretty excited to give Logan a Red Rider BB Gun from the movie "The Christmas Story'
Needless to say it was a hit, please don't shoot your eye out Logan!

Cute puzzles of the girls-

Later we went to Emily and Creed's house for a Christmas dinner and to exchange gifts with
Grandma Carol.
It was a wonderful holiday,
we love our families!

Christmas FUN in Utah part 1

We drove 9 hours to see our families for Christmas this year-
it was SO cold driving to and from but definitely worth it!

We stayed in the Grand America which is a great hotel with a fantastic view of the city...

We went ice skating the first night we were there which was fun, even little Hailey did it!
This picture cracks me up with Savvy, Hailey and Sophie! They hadn't seen each other for awhile so
it took a minute to warm up. They were inseparable by the end of the trip!

I celebrated my birthday out there-
We went skiing and Jason took me to a super fun and delicious restaurant to celebrate.
It was a blast!

Grandpa came with us and Logan said, "I had no idea Grandpa was a professional skiier!"
Jason, his brother and dad are incredible skiiers.
They were nice and hung with us green hill skiiers!

We were able to see our newest nephew blessed at the Madsen home...
Doug, Rachel, Gavin and baby Liam
The picture to the right made me crack up, little Gaviin did NOT want anything to do with pictures
so his mom made him! Too funny!

Halloween...

Halloween Costumes!
Ashley was a lovely M&M gal...

Hailey was an adorable Fairy...

and
Savvy was a beautiful Belle!

Carson just painted his face white and left, Logan lost his costume we bought him
(how he did that I will never know)
so he painted his face white and McKay hung out with his friends.
None of them would let me get pictures.
Logan went to a house with two candy boxes, one of them had little pieces of candy
and a sign that said, 'wimps take from this box' and the other had a sign that said, 'Only if you dare can you have the BIG candy bars', the only catch? There was a tarantula climbing all over the big candy.
And of course Logan did it!

Our little creative angel made a fun Halloween display for our front door, she just loves Halloween!
Now it's onto Thanksgiving!
