Weekend Update-

Yes, it's Tuesday and I am just getting to posting our weekend. 

With our crazy, chaotic schedule I cherish Sundays so much!

Laughing with kids, games, naps, talks, enjoying the beauty of this earth and of course...

the food-

oh the food!

We began by getting some fresh flowers because it was quite gloomy and cold outside-

Jason making the Biscotti-

We could hardly keep the kids from eating them all before dinner!

The homemade Gelato-

I didn't get a picture of the final product because my kids inhaled it all too fast.

Sunday naps and Ashley making herb crusted bread that was topped with tomatoes, fresh basil and fresh mozzarella cheese. Again inhaled too fast for a picture.

The main dish was the divinely delicious rosemary rubbed steak-

I made homemade noodles with fresh spinach, chives, basil, thyme and dill.
