She lost a tooth!

THIS has got to be the worlds best picture EVER.

Savannah has been waiting to lose a tooth for years

and 

it 

finally happened!

Jas pulled it out and by the look on her face, Im not so sure she expected it to feel like that!

She is thrilled and was paid hansomly by the tooth fairy.

Mean mom...

I guess I am a mean mom today for not letting Savvy stay home from gymnastics...I even earned skull and crossbones in my eyes. I love when kids express their emotions through pictures!

Dr. Seuss and Savvy

For Dr. Seuss Day at my kids school they had to take a picture of themselves reading in a funny place and then make a Dr. Seuss style poem. Savvy was pretty creative and came up with these three poses. She chose the first pose on the trampoline and came up with this poem...

Hailey had to join in and try it too!

Um, yes I went to see it...

I am so not a Twilight fan.

I read the first book and that was enough for me.

So when my friend Lora asked if I wanted to come to a girls night out to see Twilight, 

I was a little hesitant but thought I would give it a try because my friend Lora rocks

and loves loves Edward.

We got some vampire teeth and went to Twilight in

a theater filled with teen girls and middle aged women screaming like they were at a 

rock concert.

It was hilarious.

And super fun to hang with some ladies 

even if the acting was 

terrrrible...

(sorry Twilight fans)

White trash glasses...

I refuse...

I refuse to spend 100+ dollars on another pair of glasses.

I know someday...

 maybe someday soon

I will get laser surgery

but until then...

I think my duct-taped pencil glasses are pretty darn  

AWESOME!

I still don't understand why my family doesn't want to be seen with me in public when 

I have these on? 

Sheesh

Preschool for Hailey...

My baby has started preschool 2x a week.

She was so excited to go and loved her first day, loved her second day but the third day she realized 

it was an ongoing thing and tried everything to stay home through her big alligator tears..

"I am sick"

"I am tired"

"I hate it"

but the one that got me was,

"won't you miss your darling?"

I told her she could stay home if she wants because seriously

I don't think her school career will be affected but then she said, 

"no my friends will miss me too"

Really...

she is 3 and already knows how to work her mom.

Good on ya little darling, keep up the good work!

Where is Hailey?

I was at gymnastics today and Hailey got in trouble for climbing on top of the storage boxes
(Yes, I was laughing and taking pictures-mom of the year, I know-)...

She got upset, jumped down and said, "I'm leaving and you can't find me"

hmmm... can you find her?

What a great hiding place Hailey!

OUCH...

It has come to this...

I fill up at least two times a week running all of my kids around
AND

It's supposed to get up to $6 a gallon this summer 

but I think I  have found a solution-

It will seat our whole family and I won't even need to vacuum up

all the crumbs my kids leave!

GENIUS, I know....

Savvannah doesn't like me today-

I got after her for being mean to her little sister and
she really doesn't like getting in trouble so she drew me this picture-

"Mom, this is a picture of me sticking 
my tongue out to you cuz you are mean and you make me angry!"

I must admit it made me smile!

My alien daughter-

Greetings from planet Savvy-

This cute little alien always steals my phone and
has a blast taking pictures of herself and tweaking them.
I laughed so hard when I came across this one....

Salon de Savvy-

So I came home the other night and found this...

Savannah said her hair was itching her and she wanted to cut it off.

 And cut it off she did-

As Aunt Jenni said, she looks like a 'Savvy Raye Cyrus'.

The mullet look-

She cut off one of Hailey's pony tails but her's doesn't look that noticeable.

We had to take Savvy to a salon where there is a hair dresser who is an expert in saving kids

hair from bad kid cuts.

I must say it looks SO much better! 

Savvy cut her hair all the way to the scalp on one side and the sweet hairdresser was able

to miraculously hide it.

She looks pretty darn cute but she doesn't like her hair at all
and keeps saying that she will NEVER EVER cut her or Hailey's hair again.
She will just cut paper.

Sounds like a plan cute Savvy!

Big noses and ornaments-

We have been having a blast decorating this week!

The little girls especially-

they were hysterical making their noses big in the ornaments,

so cute!

Magicians in the making...

Carson and Logan are way into magic. They are always researching, testing audiences and perfecting their magic skills.

You need to watch this one, but those of you who are weak in the stomach-BEWARE!

Savvy's in love...

I knew it would happen some day-

Savvy has met someone and

she is in love.

I just thought it would be 25 years from now

but no-

today Savannah revealed to me that she is in love with Zac.

Zac is her gymnastics coach, the coolest coach ever-

He constantly tells her how good she is at gymnastics and

if she keeps it up- he will watch her at the Olympics someday-

can you blame her after all of his sweet talk?

Well Zac, it looks as if you may have to wait 25 years for our sweet Savannah!

Pretty awesome costumes-

We had such a fun costume photo shoot!

I love when my kids get into character for Halloween-
they had me laughing pretty hard while I was taking their pictures!


And do you like what I have done with my hair?
McKay and Jason are still traveling so they couldn't be here for all the Halloween fun!
It's also Jason's birthday on Halloween so since he is gone, we want to wish him a Happy Happy Birthday!
The celebration will be when he returns in a few days!
